At Little Hearts Montessori our childcare program, the safety and security of your child is our top priority. We understand how important it is for families to feel at ease when their child is in our care, which is why we have implemented a comprehensive security system and keep our provider to child ratio below what is required by law. For example, in our infant room, we maintain a 1:3 ratio to ensure high-quality, personalized care. Our outdoor play equipment is both fun and secure, providing a safe environment for children to play and explore. All staff members undergo thorough background checks, and our director, Jyothi Chandras, is dedicated to hiring only the best and most qualified caregivers. We also prioritize open communication with families, ensuring that you are always informed and involved in your child's care. With our commitment to safety and security, you can trust that your child is in good hands at our childcare program.

Our Program Director

Jyothi Chandras is a dedicated and experienced early childhood professional with over 15 years of experience in the field. Since becoming the director in 2013, she has shown a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and education for young children. Jyothi holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, demonstrating her knowledge and expertise in early childhood education. She is passionate about working with children and finds joy in helping them learn and grow. Jyothi also has a deep love for her community and is dedicated to serving and nurturing children to help them reach their full potential. Her dedication and passion make her a valuable asset to the early childhood program she leads.
